Luxury is coming to Roswell, GA, with the opening of The Chambray Boutique Hotel in Summer of 2027 with 125 rooms in Downtown Roswell. The hotel will be developed by DSM Real Estate Partners in conjunction with Stafford Development Company, and will operate under Indigo Road Hospitality Group. Hyatt’s JdV Collection, which is The Chambray’s parent company, provides an elevated hotel experience with a trendy, boutique feel. Luxury in Roswell is long overdue and The Chambray Hotel will end the wait.

With the opening of The Chambray, the City of Roswell has taken the first of many steps toward rebuilding the tourism industry in the wake of the pandemic. The Chambray hotel will incorporate elements of the textile industry’s rich history and heritage which will be a focal point of the hotel’s design. The hotel will ultimately provide and enhance experience of the industry of hospitality and tourism.

Designed by Matt Mitchell Design, David Thompson Studio, and 617 Studio, The Chambray takes inspiration from Roswell’s long-standing reputation as a textile town. The hotel’s design seamlessly blends modern luxury with historical elements, using a warm color palette and curated fabrics and artwork that reflect the town’s textile heritage. This thoughtful approach ensures that The Chambray not only provides a memorable stay but also serves as a tribute to Roswell’s roots.

The hotel’s architecture and interiors are aimed at creating a welcoming and stylish atmosphere, offering a blend of comfort and sophistication for both business and leisure travelers.
